To ensure your order gets to you ASAP, we can't make any changes or cancellations once it's placed. Due to the nature of our product, we don’t accept returns on consumable products.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, please get in touch with our customer service team by calling 740-552-5186 within 7 days of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging in case a claim is filed. Adjustments, corrections, and claims cannot be processed after 30 days.


  • If you received damaged formula cans, we record all incidences such as this to review with our carriers.
    • Please collect the following information prior to reaching out to our customer service team: 
      • Day code (all numbers located on the bottom of the can(s)) 
      • Use By date
      • Timestamp (numbers/letters in black ink) 
    • Please also examine the shipment for the following:
      • Holes in the canister
      • Dents
      • Loose powder


  • Excessive damage to the outside box:
    • Please send photos of the dent(s)/damage and the bottom of the can(s) so we can review with our carriers and process your refund/exchange. Once you have collected this information, please contact our customer support team at 740-552-5186, and we’ll make it right.
