It's not uncommon for carriers to mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. When this happens, it can take up to 48 hours for packages to arrive. We ask you to:
- Ensure your shipping address is correct in your confirmation email.
- Ensure the package wasn’t accidentally delivered to an area other than your mailbox or front door, neighbors, or a front desk.
- Check the tracking link for a notice of an attempted delivery and follow the steps to retrieve your package.
